Course Details
ASSE 6010 Medical Gas Installer Course$1,250.00
Qualifications:
Candidate must have four (4) years of documented practical experience in the field of installation of plumbing or mechanical systems. Individuals who successfully complete this course and pass all final examinations will be certified through MGA* as an ASSE 6010 medical gas system installer and ASME IX qualified brazer or ASSE.
Please note: Kentucky requires at least a journeyman license to install medical gas. Successful brazing qualifies you to 2-3 additional brazing, available upon request.
ASSE 6020 Medical Gas Inspector Course$1,050.00
Qualifications:
Candidate shall be employed by a governmental unit as a plumbing and/or mechanical inspector, or as an administrator of such inspector, or be a person regularly involved in the design, inspection, and verification of medical gas systems, or be a 6010 installer. Candidates shall have a minimum of two (2) years of documented practical experience or any combination of the above.
ASSE 6030 Medical Gas Verifier Course$2,000.00
Qualifications:
Must have two (2) years of documented practical experience in the verification of medical gas piping systems. Candidates are also required to have a current certificate of insurance, in the name of the individual or employing company.
ASSE 6040 Medical Gas Maintenance Course$1,050.00
Qualifications:
Applicants MUST have a minimum of one (1) year documented practical experience in the maintenance of medical gas systems.
